Year-round Snow & Ice Experiences
The SnowCastle Resort is open all-year-round. SnowExperience365 is an indoor exhibition made of real snow and ice. Here you can step into a winter wonderland any day of the year. Inside the SnowExperience365 is an all-year-round ice restaurant and ice and snow sculptures.
Modern Arctic Taste
Seaview Restaurant Lumihiutale spins it’s own unique modern arctic twist on traditional Sea Lapland cuisine. Take in the most spectacular sea view in all of Finnish Lapland as you enjoy seasonal specialities from the freshest local ingredients. The spacious restaurant also offers banquet and meeting facilities for groups and private events.
Adventurous Accommodation
The Seaside Glass Villas is an ideal accommodation choice for nature lovers looking for some peace and quiet. Experience the starry northern sky and possibly the Northern Lights from September to March or enjoy the white night magic of the endless summer days. A vast open field of frozen sea opens in front of the villas in the winter months. During the spring you can observe the fascinating transformation as nature wakes up after a long winter: the sea ice melts and birds return to Lapland in large flocks.
Arctic Wellness
Relax in a true Finnish fashion in our sauna department with two large group saunas accompanied with a private lounge area and terrace with an amazing sea view.
Opening times
The traditional outdoor SnowCastle is open from mid-January to mid-April. The SnowExperience365 indoor exhibition is open all-year-round.
